Explanation of Fees
To be transparent, I will provide you with the following explanation of fees and how it works.
First and Foremost, you and your loved one are my clients. I act in your best interests at all times. I am in the business of referring clients/residents to assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing and memory care homes. If you or your loved one has to move into one of the facilities or homes I referred you to, I will be paid a fee for my services by the facility only. I may have a current business relationship with that facility or home I’m referring you to; however, I have no common ownership or control in any other financial, business, management, or familial relationship with them. So whenever you need help just know I'm here for you.

Welcome to my services as a Certified Senior Placement Advisor. With a commitment to guiding seniors and their families through the often complex process of finding the right living arrangements, I offer personalized support tailored to individual needs. My goal is to ensure that every senior finds a safe and comfortable place to call home, where they can thrive and enjoy their golden years.
I started this journey after caring for my mother, who lives with dementia to this day. This experience has opened my eyes to how many baby boomers, like myself, need guidance and support when facing similar challenges. Helping others comes naturally to me, so when a family reaches out in need, I do everything I can to find the right solution for their loved one. Let’s work together to explore the best options for you or your loved one.
